Mark Morris I have been doing accounting, bookkeeping and taxes for many years. Enough years to have posted by hand to general ledgers and subsidiary journals. As a result, I know what I am doing and understand the concepts that are automated in today's accounting software. Accounting software is only as good as the data that is entered. I consider the proper accounting and the income tax effect of every transaction I enter.

I have done bookkeeping and prepared tax returns for sole proprietors, partnerships, LLCs, C corporations, S corporations and non-profits.

Rochelle Meadows  I have been the full charge bookkeeper for several enterprises where my duties included all tax reporting, budgeting and HR. I was responsible for the client trust accounts at a major law firm.

I consider organization and a clear set of procedures the cornerstone of managing financial transactions.
